Experience - A Freshers diary

I was asked to write for my college yearbook on the topic -Wonderful experience in college.    and this is what I wrote. Going by the literal definition, 'Experience' is "the process of doing and seeing things and of having things happen to you." The first semester of my college was a whole lot of not getting things that I wanted. Not getting into societies that I applied for. Not fitting into the group of people who I wanted to be friends with. Not achieving the grades I wanted and that’s just a whole lot of experience right there.
